Service operator and eligibility
Dopebase is operated by DIGITAL MEB PRO SRL in Bucharest, Romania. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to create an account or make a purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local law.
Accounts
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- We may restrict or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, redistribution, license violations, or material breaches of these terms.
Purchases and billing
Prices, currencies, included products, billing periods, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by the payment provider identified during checkout. You authorize that provider to charge the selected payment method for the initial purchase and, for subscriptions, each renewal until cancellation.
We may refuse or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, sanctions requirements, or other legal or operational reasons. Approved refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval and price shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal.
- Cancellation stops future charges and normally leaves access active until the end of the paid billing period.
- Access to new subscription downloads ends with the paid access period. Rights for code already downloaded remain subject to the applicable license, except after a refund, fraud, chargeback, or license violation.
- A subscription does not grant lifetime access to the full future catalog unless an original written offer expressly says otherwise.
Software and content licenses
Public articles, screenshots, previews, documentation excerpts, and marketing materials may be viewed for evaluation. Purchased source code, paid downloads, subscription downloads, bonuses, and free products are governed by the Dopebase Licenses, the product page, the checkout terms, and any written agreement attached to the purchase.
Unless we agree in writing, you may not redistribute, mirror, resell, sublicense, share, publish, or extract our source files, templates, UI assets, documentation, or downloads as standalone assets, competing templates, training datasets, or generators.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Access another person's account or bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
- Use the service to distribute malware, infringe rights, harass others, or conduct unlawful activity.
- Scrape protected downloads, interfere with service operation, or attempt to discover private source code or credentials.
- Misrepresent your relationship with Dopebase or make unauthorized claims about our products.
Third-party services
Products may integrate services such as Firebase, Google, Apple, cloud providers, analytics tools, or payment platforms. Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for your accounts, fees, credentials, configuration, compliance, and app-store submissions. We do not guarantee approval, availability, or results from third-party services.
Intellectual property
Dopebase, its branding, website, original content, and source products remain the property of DIGITAL MEB PRO SRL or their respective licensors. A purchase grants only the usage rights described by the applicable license and does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Disclaimers
The website, templates, documentation, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every product will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every dependency or third-party change, or suitable for a specific business outcome. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and adapting code before production use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGITAL MEB PRO SRL and its directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or business opportunity resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful activity, fraud, security risk, payment dispute, or license violation. Provisions concerning licenses, ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination where their nature requires it.
Communications and cookies
We send transactional messages about accounts, purchases, downloads, subscriptions, and support. Where permitted, we may also send educational or product updates; you can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Essential cookies support authentication, security, and account features. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
