At Dopebase, our mission is to provide mobile app developers and small business owners with a seamless way to launch their own mobile app quickly and robustly. We strive to meet the highest quality standards in visual design, app development, and customer service.

Our Refund Policy

To maintain the high quality of our services, we offer an extremely flexible refund policy. If the product you signed up for or purchased is not suitable for you, you have 24 hours to inspect your purchase and determine if it does not meet your expectations.

Refund Process

If you wish to receive a refund, DIGITAL MEB PRO SRL will issue the refund upon receiving:

1. A clear explanation of how the product failed to meet your expectations.
2. Written confirmation that all downloaded materials have been permanently deleted.

Important Notes

• We cannot issue a refund if:
  • You have already used our customer service for any reason.
  • You have previously received a refund from us.
• There is a strict no-refund policy for the React Native Mega Bundle.
• Once a refund is issued, you lose all rights to use the downloaded app template in any way, including as inspiration for future projects.
