Our Refund Policy
If the product you purchased does not match its promised description, you have 24 hours to inspect your purchase and submit a refund request.
Refund Process
If you wish to receive a refund, DIGITAL MEB PRO SRL will issue the refund upon receiving:
A clear explanation of how the product failed to meet your expectations.
Written confirmation that all downloaded materials have been permanently deleted.
Important Notes
We cannot issue a refund if:
You have already used our customer service for any reason.
You have previously received a refund from us.
All Access subscriptions can be cancelled from the customer dashboard to stop future renewals. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after source-code access or downloads, unless the product does not match its promised description or applicable law requires otherwise.
Once a refund is issued, you lose all rights to use the downloaded app template in any way, including as inspiration for future projects.
